Yes, everyone is welcome. Shinjuku is open 12:00–20:00 (L.O. 19:00). Shinsaibashi is open 12:00–23:00 on weekdays and 11:00–23:00 on weekends and holidays (L.O. 22:30).
Yes, through DAY USE. Shinjuku is ¥500 ≈ $3.1 per hour (one drink or food order required; ¥960 ≈ $6 per hour with a bed). Shinsaibashi offers three plans.
Check-in is 16:00 and check-out is 11:00 at both locations. Early check-in (from 13:00) and late check-out (until 13:00) are available at ¥550 ≈ $3.4 per hour.
Free Wi-Fi, towels, soap and shampoo, earplugs and a hairdryer are provided at no charge at both locations. At Shinjuku, please refrain from using the hairdryer between 24:00 and 7:00.
Yes, free of charge at both locations. At Shinjuku we hold luggage before check-in and until 16:00 after check-out.
Shinjuku is an 8-minute walk from Shinjuku Station (East Exit) and a 2-minute walk from Shinjuku-sanchome Station. Shinsaibashi is a 5-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station and a 10-minute walk from Namba Station.
From ¥3,720 ≈ $23 at Shinjuku and from ¥4,000 ≈ $25 at Shinsaibashi (reference rates, per person per night). See the Rooms & Rates page for rates by room type.
30% from 7 to 3 days before the stay, 50% two days before, 80% the day before, and 100% on the day itself or for no-shows (groups of 10 or more differ). See Article 5 of the Terms of Accommodation for details.
If no deposit has been received in advance, payment is made at the front desk by credit card or IC card on the day of your stay.
Guests must be 3 years of age or older — children under 3 cannot use the facility. The person making the reservation must be 18 or older. See the Terms of Accommodation for details.
