  A: はい、どなたでもご利用いただけます。新宿店は 12:00–20:00（L.O. 19:00）、心斎橋店は平日 12:00–23:00／土日祝 11:00–23:00（L.O. 22:30）です。
- Q: 泊まらずに本棚のラウンジを使えますか？
  A: DAY USE でご利用いただけます。新宿店は1時間 ¥500（＋1オーダー制。ベッド付きは1時間 ¥960）、心斎橋店は3つのプランをご用意しています。

  A: 有料でご用意しています。新宿店は歯ブラシ ¥110、髭剃り ¥152、レンタルパジャマ ¥550、ペットボトルの水、バスタオル（連泊の方は無料）。新宿店では化粧水＆乳液・クレンジング＆洗顔などの販売はございません。心斎橋店は歯ブラシ ¥110、カミソリ ¥160、レンタルパジャマ ¥550 です。

- Q: Can I use the cafe without staying overnight?
  A: Yes, everyone is welcome. Shinjuku is open 12:00–20:00 (L.O. 19:00). Shinsaibashi is open 12:00–23:00 on weekdays and 11:00–23:00 on weekends and holidays (L.O. 22:30).
- Q: Can I use the bookshelf lounge without staying overnight?
  A: Yes, through DAY USE. Shinjuku is ¥500 per hour (one drink or food order required; ¥960 per hour with a bed). Shinsaibashi offers three plans.
- Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?
  A: Check-in is 16:00 and check-out is 11:00 at both locations. Early check-in (from 13:00) and late check-out (until 13:00) are available at ¥550 per hour.
- Q: Are amenities and Wi-Fi provided?
  A: Free Wi-Fi, soap and shampoo, earplugs and a hairdryer are provided at no charge at both locations. Towels are free at Shinsaibashi; at Shinjuku bath towels are charged (free for multi-night stays). At Shinjuku, please refrain from using the hairdryer between 24:00 and 7:00.
- Q: Can you hold my luggage?
  A: Yes, free of charge at both locations. At Shinjuku we hold luggage before check-in and until 16:00 after check-out.
- Q: How far is it from the nearest station?
  A: Shinjuku is a 1-minute walk from Seibu-Shinjuku Station (Main Exit) and an 8-minute walk from Shinjuku Station (East Exit). Shinsaibashi is a 5-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station and a 10-minute walk from Namba Station.
- Q: How much is one night?
  A: From ¥3,720 at Shinjuku and from ¥4,000 at Shinsaibashi (reference rates, per person per night). See the Rooms & Rates page for rates by room type.
- Q: Is there a cancellation fee?
  A: 30% from 7 to 3 days before the stay, 50% two days before, 80% the day before, and 100% on the day itself or for no-shows (groups of 10 or more differ). See Article 5 of the Terms of Accommodation for details.
- Q: What payment methods do you accept?
  A: If no deposit has been received in advance, payment is made at the front desk by credit card or IC card on the day of your stay.
- Q: Is there an age limit? Can children stay?
  A: Guests must be 3 years of age or older — children under 3 cannot use the facility. The person making the reservation must be 18 or older. See the Terms of Accommodation for details.
- Q: Is there parking?
  A: We do not have a car park. Please come by public transport (Article 15 of the Terms of Accommodation).
- Q: Can I use the shower at any time?
  A: The shower rooms are open 24 hours (Article 9 of the Terms of Accommodation). At Shinjuku, the day-use “Book Lounge only” plan (¥500 per hour) does not include shower use.
- Q: Is there a lights-out time? What is the building like at night?
  A: There is no lights-out time, and the front desk is open 24 hours. In the shared spaces the lighting is dimmed from 24:00 (Article 9 of the Terms of Accommodation).
- Q: Can I get a toothbrush or pyjamas?
  A: Yes, for a fee. At Shinjuku: toothbrush ¥110, razor ¥152, rental pajamas ¥550, bottled water, and bath towels (free for multi-night stays). Shinjuku does not sell toner, lotion, cleansing or face wash. At Shinsaibashi: toothbrush ¥110, razor ¥160, rental pajamas ¥550.
- Q: What are the day-use reception hours?
  A: Shinjuku is 13:00–20:00 (last entry 19:00) and Shinsaibashi is 12:00–20:00 (last entry 19:00). At Shinjuku, staying past your end time extends the booking automatically.
- Q: What day-use plans does Shinsaibashi offer?
  A: Book Lounge only is ¥1,100 on weekdays (with one drink) or ¥1,700 (with food and a drink); on weekends and holidays it is ¥1,400 or ¥2,000 (2-hour limit). Alcohol is +¥150. The plan with a bed is ¥700 per hour (12:00–16:00). Guests staying overnight can use the lounge for ¥500 on weekdays, or ¥1,000 on weekends and holidays (2 hours).
- Q: What room types are there?
