Book And Bed is "an accommodation bookshop"
The perfect setting for a good nights sleep is
something you will not find here.There are no
comfortable mattresses, fluffy pillows nor
lightweight and warm down duvets.
What we do offer is an experience while reading a
book (or comic book).
An experience shared by everyone at least once :
the blissful "instant of falling asleep".
It is already 2 am but you think just a little
more... with heavy drooping eye lids you continue
reading only to realize you have fallen asleep.
Our concept is thus a readers haven - an
accommodation bookshop.
(Books aren’t sold, though. It’s just an
expression.)
Dozing off obliviously during your treasured
pasttime is the finest "moment of sleep", don't you
agree?
With books as our central theme, we decided to
create a hostel offering the greatest "moment of
sleep".

HOSTEL
"an accommodation bookshop" is our theme, with low price that you can stay. There are 20 beds (3 type of STANDARD and COMPACT and RIVER VIEW) , shared toilet and bathroom, Feel relaxing while reading a book at lobby space, long book shelf as using bed room. This is enough stuff for book lover like us. Of cource Free WiFi here.

BOOK AND BED TOKYO's signature color blue sofa is at share space, many of books hanging from the seiling, the big bookshelf can be stored up to 5,000 books. It would be needles to say what you have an experience in this space surrounded by a lot of books. This is the reader's paradise.

2,500 books cover a wide range of genres selected by the popular book store KEIBUNSHA. (Up to 5,000 books) It has a rich collection of english book and japanese travel guide book, but japanese book as well.

It is an entrance of BOOK AND BED TOKYO when the elevator open up at 9th floor. There is a reception to your left. English speakers are welcome you and tell them your name.

Showers, toilets, and washrooms are shared, and they are available 24 hours. Please be considerate of other guests who are sleeping after midnight.

BEDS
Beds are two types. Sleep behind the bookshelf is called “BOOKSHELF. The bedroom has Kamogawa river view is called “RIVER VIEW”. In addition, you can choose from 2 size of bed. “STANDARD” or “COMPACT. Book Lights, curtain for each space, clothes hanger / Wifi connection / outlet come with the space.

Standard type …spacious bed behind a BOOK AND BED TOKYO’s symbolic wooden bookshelf.（110cm×220cm）Of course, we offer you an electrical outlet and book light for each space.

COMPACT
Compact type …the cozy bed is located behind a BOOK AND BED TOKYO’s symbolic wooden bookshelf（85cm×220cm）. Some spaces have a view of Kamogawa River. Of course, we offer you an electrical outlet and book light for each space.
